Celebrating Indonesia’s Tree Planting Day, Ecobuild Green Building Consultant and Arkadia Works continued our commitment to environmental preservation by planting mangrove trees in Tambakrejo, Semarang.
This year, the tree-planting activity was focused in the coastal area of Tambakrejo, Semarang, a region facing serious threats from abrasion and tidal flooding. The decreasing density of mangroves in recent years has weakened natural coastal protection and affected the lives of local communities.
Together with LindungiHutan and support from local residents, Ecobuild Green Building Consultant and Arkadia Works planted Rhizophora mangroves to strengthen the shoreline, restore coastal ecosystems and improve long-term environmental resilience.
This initiative is part of Ecobuild Green Building Consultant and Arkadia Works continued efforts to promote responsible construction and design practices. The collaboration reflects our commitment to sustainable actions that create real value for both the environment and the community.
